We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can combine strategic thinking with strong creative judgement. The role requires someone who understands platform behaviour, audience engagement, content formats and brand building — and can translate these insights into relevant, high-quality social media communication.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Develop and manage monthly social media calendars

•⁠ ⁠Plan and execute content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms

•⁠ ⁠Conceptualise reels, carousels, static posts, campaigns and trend-led content

•⁠ ⁠Write clear creative briefs for designers, video editors and content creators

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate influencer and creator collaborations

•⁠ ⁠Manage community engagement and audience interaction

•⁠ ⁠Track platform trends and identify relevant opportunities for the brand

•⁠ ⁠Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics

•⁠ ⁠Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual language and communication

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate closely with design, content and marketing teams

What We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and copywriting skills

•⁠ ⁠Ability to think strategically as well as creatively

•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics

•⁠ ⁠Strong organisational and project-management skills

•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines efficiently

•⁠ ⁠High attention to detail and brand consistency

Preferred Experience

Min 2 yrs working experience 

Experience with beauty, skincare, healthcare, lifestyle, wellness or D2C brands will be an advantage.
