Origin Nutrition, a fast-growing and dynamic startup, is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Associate to help strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. This role involves developing content strategies, planning and executing monthly content calendars, managing social media engagement, and supporting offline marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Monthly Calendar Planning:

● Develop a content calendar that outlines the content for each day/week of the month.

● Develop and implement an efficient content creation workflow, including ideation, production, coordination, and final review.

● Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce high-quality content.

Experiment with Formats:

● Stay updated on social media trends and algorithms to keep the content fresh and engaging.

● Experiment with different content formats, such as carousels, reels, stories, and other emerging formats.

● Analysis and monitoring of content along with strategizing on how to create better engaging content.

Content Scheduling and Publishing:

●  Use social media management tools to schedule and publish content at the most optimal times.

●  Monitor and engage with the community, responding to comments and messages on an everyday basis.

Brand Collaborations:

● Identify and engage with relevant brands that can amplify our brand message.

● Negotiate and manage partnerships and brand collaborations.

● Ensure that the brand collaboration content aligns with our brand and messaging  

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (Freshers with relevant internships/projects may apply).
• Basic proficiency in Canva for designing social media posts and editing videos.
• Strong Communication Skills
• Good understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools.
• Basic photography or videography skills.
• Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn business accounts.
