We are now looking for a Senior Digital Video Editor who lives and breathes Meta ads. This is a performance-first role focused on editing, iterating, and scaling high-converting paid social video creatives for fast-growing D2C brands.

This role is a mix of brand motion-focus & editing ads designed to sell and scale performance.

What You'll Be Creating

  • Meta paid social ads (UGC & motion Ads)
  • Performance-led UGC edits, motion graphics
  • Multiple creative iterations per concept (hooks, angles, messaging, edits)
  • High-volume video ad variations to support creative testing and scaling

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit, animate, and iterate paid social video creatives for Meta with a focus on performance metrics such as Purchases, CTR, CPA, and NcCPA.
  • Develop multiple hooks and creative angles per concept to support high-volume testing.
  • Turn briefs, insights, and raw footage into conversion-focused video ads quickly and efficiently.
  • Edit and adapt UGC content into native, high-performing paid social video ads.
  • Apply performance insights and feedback to improve creatives and combat ad fatigue.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative strategists, and media buyers to align creative output with campaign performance.
  • Present work clearly and refine edits based on feedback and performance data.
  • Support internal marketing initiatives such as showreels, case study videos, and presentations when required.
  • Help maintain and evolve the agency's motion and editing standards aligned with performance goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience editing paid social or performance-focused video ads.
  • Hands-on experience creating video ads on Meta for D2C brands.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and creative testing principles.
  • Experience working with UGC-style content (subtitles, pacing, overlays, CTAs).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects and/or CapCut.
  • Ability to produce multiple edit iterations quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing paid social video ad work.
  • Ability to use AI softwares such as Higgsfield to create B-roll clips when not readily available
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting creative ideas.
  • High attention to detail and pride in polished, performance-driven output.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

This role is ideal for someone who

  • Thinks in hooks, angles, formats, and iterations
  • Has a keen eye for detail & a desire for perfection
  • Understands how users behave on Meta
  • Enjoys testing, analysing data, and improving creative performance
  • Wants to specialise in paid social video rather than general video editing
  • Loves D2C brands and understands what makes ads convert
  • Has ambition to lead a team of video editors & upskill those around them

Benefits

  • Work with a high-growth portfolio of ambitious, premium consumer brands.
  • Be part of a performance-driven creative team pushing industry standards.
  • 26 days paid holiday (plus public holidays).
  • Extra day off for your birthday.
  • Structured training and development.
