We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Assistant to join our team. For someone with their eye on a future in retail management, this is a genuinely exciting place to start. As a Senior Sales Assistant, your core focus will be leading by example, supporting store management, and helping shape the customer experience, culture and standards of our brand-new store.

This is a full-time opportunity working 40 hours per week.

What you'll be doing

You will support the team through coaching and on-the-floor guidance, and help drive the operational and customer experience standards that define the KOOKAÏ brand.

Day to day, you can expect to:

• Style and engage customers with genuine warmth and product expertise
• Support daily operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint
• Support visual merchandising execution
• Support stock management to brand standards
• Step into a supervisory capacity when required, supporting management with opening and closing procedures
• Contribute to loss prevention and store security awareness
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness
