Company Description Blissta is a direct-to-consumer supplements brand focused on customers who carefully scrutinize ingredients and claims before they buy. The company formulates products with clinical doses based on actual research, using named strains rather than generic blends, and relies on third-party testing to verify active components. Every formula is fully disclosed on the label, reflecting a commitment to transparency and integrity. Blissta is not aiming to be the largest supplement brand, but the one that customers can trust without second-guessing, especially when their health history demands higher standards.
Role Description The Senior Performance Creative Strategist, DTC Supplements (Direct Response) is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the creative strategy behind Blissta’s performance marketing campaigns across paid social, email, landing pages, and other direct-response channels. This role involves developing high-converting creative concepts, shaping messaging frameworks, and collaborating with media buyers and designers to continuously test and iterate on assets. The strategist will translate customer insights and research into persuasive narratives, hooks, and angles that drive acquisition, retention, and LTV. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing creative performance data, running structured experiments, briefing and guiding creative production, and ensuring that all outputs align with Blissta’s brand standards and commitment to transparency. The role also partners closely with product, lifecycle, and brand teams to maintain consistency across touchpoints while optimizing for measurable business outcomes.
