The Opportunity

Peak trading is the most important and high-stakes period of the year for our clients. As budgets increase, competition intensifies and every campaign decision matters. We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join us on a contract basis from October 2026 to February 2027, helping keep performance strong across a portfolio of Google, Meta and TikTok accounts during this critical period.

You’ll build and optimise complex campaigns, analyse the metrics that drive results and turn your insights into clear, actionable recommendations for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work hands-on while managing budgets during the busiest trading weeks of the year.

What you'll own:

• Complex campaign builds: Develop and implement advanced paid media campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), Meta and TikTok, with a technically sound setup aligned to each client's commercial objectives.
• Campaign optimisation: Run ongoing analysis and performance tuning on live campaigns, including bid strategy adjustments, audience refinements and structural improvements to maximise return on ad spend.
• Proactive insights and recommendations: Spot performance opportunities, diagnose issues, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to our internal account team for review and presentation to clients.
• Performance analysis and reporting support: Produce data-driven analysis and structured reporting inputs using available analytics platforms, so the account team can deliver insightful, client-ready reporting.

What you'll bring:

What we're really looking for is someone who can hit the ground running on the technical side, building and optimising campaigns with minimal ramp-up. If you've got hands-on experience across Google, Meta and TikTok platforms and a knack for spotting what a campaign needs next, we'd love to hear from you.

You will probably have:

• Hands-on experience building and managing complex paid media campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Display and YouTube.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Advertising.
• Comprehensive, certified knowledge of the above platforms.
• Strong understanding of bid strategy, audience segmentation and campaign structure, with a track record of improving profit.
• Comfort working with analytics and reporting platforms to produce clear, data-driven insights.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Ability to work autonomously and turn insight into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Ability to manage budgets to drive profitable results with minimal errors
• Attention to detail, across technical campaign setup and reporting accuracy alike.
