🚨 We're HIRING: Creative Strategist / Copywriter

We're a 7-figure DTC brand scaling mainly through Meta direct response, and we're launching a new custom product.

I'm looking for a proven strategist to lead the long-form creative behind it: natives, VSLs, and AI/animated story ads that educate and convert.
This is a SENIOR role. If you're just starting out, this isn't the right fit.

What you'll do:

• Write long-form native ads that drive cold traffic to dedicated landing pages
• Write VSL scripts that hold attention all the way to the close
• Create AI and animated storytelling ads that stop the scroll and sell
• Work with our creative team on angles, mechanisms, and positioning
What you need:
• 2+ years of direct response copywriting
• A track record selling supplements or beauty/skincare to women (must-have)
• A deep understanding of how women in these markets think and buy
• A portfolio with long-form natives, AI ads, story/song animations, or VSLs

Pay:
• Strong hourly rate (top talent gets paid accordingly)
• A percentage of ad spend on every creative you produce
This is a long-term role, not a one-off gig. We spend real budgets, test fast, and scale winners hard. When your copy works, you'll see it right away, and so will your paycheck.
