→ Hiring / Briefing editors
→ improving SOP’s
→ Client Coms

I’m looking for someone with

→ $50k/mo in ad spend or GMV per month tied to YOU
→ Ability to explain WHY an ad worked
→ Hunger + coachability
→ Strong DR copywriting ability
→ Want to become elite at performance creative
