🚨 HIRING: Performance Senior Creative Strategists (DTC / Ecommerce)

Looking for an experienced Senior Creative Strategist to join our team working across a 8-figure beauty brand.

We already have proven ad concepts, scripts & winning formats. Your job is NOT to reinvent the wheel.

You’ll take proven concepts, reverse-engineer what makes them work, and turn them into detailed, production-ready briefs for our AI creative team.

What you’ll do:
→ Break winning ads down by avatar, angle & awareness level
→ Adapt proven concepts/scripts to our products → Write detailed scene-by-scene storyboards
→ Write exact voiceover/audio scripts + on-screen text → Give specific visual, B-roll & editing direction
→ Turn reference ads into briefs our AI editors can execute immediately
→ Create multiple variations of winning concepts across different avatars & angles

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has DTC/ecommerce performance creative experience • Understands direct-response copywriting
• Understands hooks, angles, avatars & customer psychology
• Can reverse-engineer WHY an ad works
• Writes extremely detailed, actionable creative briefs
• Understands Meta performance ads
• Is organized and can handle high creative volume Your job is to make sure our AI editors know EXACTLY what to create.

This is a high-volume role with the opportunity to grow into leading our creative strategy team.
