Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Creative Program Manager to serve as the central point of intake, coordination, and accountability for all creative requests across the organization. This role is the heartbeat of the creative request process, ensuring every project moves smoothly from intake through delivery, resources are allocated effectively, and the team is hitting its KPIs. You will own the operational backbone of creative, giving stakeholders visibility and confidence while keeping the creative team focused and unblocked. Given the volume and pace of requests, we're looking for someone who has come up through an agency environment and knows firsthand how to manage a heavy, fast-moving workload without letting quality or timelines slip.

This role is a full-time, onsite position based at our NYC Headquarters. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite five days per week.

What You'll Do

• Own the intake and triage process for all incoming creative requests, ensuring each one is scoped, prioritized, and assigned appropriately.
• Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects, tracking timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent requests.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between requesters and the creative team, setting clear expectations on scope, timing, and capacity.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as turnaround time, request volume, on-time delivery, and resource utilization, using that data to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput.
• Maintain and continuously improve the intake process, workflows, and tools used to manage creative requests.
• Balance workload across the creative team, flag capacity issues, and help leadership make informed prioritization decisions.
• Run regular status check-ins with stakeholders and the creative team to keep projects aligned and moving.
• Identify recurring pain points in the request process and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Maintain clear documentation of project status, decisions, and timelines for visibility across the organization.

What You'll Bring

• Agency background is strongly preferred. Candidates should have direct experience managing high-volume, fast-paced creative workloads in an agency setting, where juggling multiple clients or requests simultaneously was the norm rather than the exception.
• 5+ years of experience in creative operations, program management, or project management within a creative, marketing, or agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent requests and competing priorities without dropping details.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking and reporting on KPIs to drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage expectations across creative, marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Experience with project or work management tools such as Asana, Monday, Wrike, or similar platforms.
• A process-oriented mindset, with the ability to build and refine systems that scale with growing request volume.
• Comfort operating as the connective tissue between multiple teams, often under tight timelines and shifting priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in retail, fashion, or luxury goods.
• Background working directly with creative or design teams (not just adjacent to them).
• Experience building or improving intake systems and workflow tools from scratch.

Salary Range

$110,000 – $125,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
