Day to day, you'll...

• Maintain stunning VM that reflects our bold, beautiful aesthetic — even when things get busy!
• Use your entrepreneurial spirit and bring ideas to the table that will help elevate the in-store experience for our community
• Support your Store Manager and wider team with energy, initiative and genuine team spirit

You'll thrive in this role if you...

• Are a natural people-person with a warm, conversational style
• Love the energy and pace of busy retail environments
• Have a "glass-half-full" mindset and love finding solutions
• Are confident connecting with customers—both in person and online
• Have retail experience (even better if you've worked in high-vibe or design-led brands)
• Are comfortable flying solo when needed, but love being part of a team
• Have flexible availability throughout our peak seasonal period, including weekends, weekdays and key trading dates
• Are curious, driven, and always ready to grow
