About the role

Coyuchi pioneered the luxury organic home textiles category over 30 years ago and continues to lead it — crafting coastal, vintage-inspired bedding, bath, and home goods from 100% certified organic fibers. We operate across Coyuchi.com, our Point Reyes Station store, and a network of premium retail partners including Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, and Anthropologie, with a commitment to circularity and conscious luxury at every step.

About the Role

Coyuchi is looking for an experienced Paid Search Specialist who is passionate about growth, has a data-driven mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person will own paid search and shopping end-to-end across Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, ChatGPT and other feed-based ad platforms - from campaign setup, trafficking, and QA through optimization, testing, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate pairs rigorous attention to detail with a testing mindset and enjoys working cross-functionally with creative, product, data, and marketing teams to turn performance insights into action.

You Will Be Responsible For

Campaign Strategy, Setup & QA

  • Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid search and shopping campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other search/feed-based platforms.
  • Own end-to-end trafficking, setup, and QA of Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns, ensuring flawless execution across campaign types, match types, bidding strategies, and feed configurations.
  • Maintain rigorous QA standards across tracking implementation, UTM structures, audience targeting, and ad copy so every campaign goes live to spec.
  • Oversee Google Merchant Center feed health and structure in close coordination with data and product teams, proactively identifying and resolving feed issues.
  • Manage campaign naming conventions, account structure, and budget organization to ensure operational clarity and reporting accuracy.
  • Pace and adjust campaigns to align with approved monthly and annual budgets.

Optimization & Testing

  • Lead ongoing optimization across bids, budgets, keywords, audiences, ad copy, and landing page alignment, always connecting tactical actions to business KPIs.
  • Design and execute structured testing programs (A/B and multivariate) across keyword strategy, bidding approaches, ad copy, and landing pages, documenting and communicating learnings clearly.
  • Monitor performance daily, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities and translating them into actionable recommendations.
  • Champion AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual overhead, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular competitor research to gather insights that improve campaigns and conversion flows.
  • Stay on top of search engine and PPC industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep Coyuchi’s campaigns innovative and effective.

Reporting & Measurement

  • Build and maintain weekly and monthly reporting that clearly communicates Search and Shopping investment, efficiency, ROI, and business impact.
  • Present performance reviews, monthly recaps, and ad-hoc analyses to leadership, translating complex data into a clear, executive-ready narrative with recommended next steps.
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders on campaign developments, timelines, deliverables, and performance.
  • Contribute to broader Growth team initiatives, including new channel testing, measurement strategy, and paid media best practice development.

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 4+ years of hands-on paid search experience, ideally within e-commerce or DTC brands.
  • Deep, proven expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, with expert command of campaign architecture and keyword strategy across match types.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Advertising (Bing).
  • Strong familiarity with Google Merchant Center, Feedomics, feed optimization best practices, and Shopping-specific diagnostic and performance tools.
  • Solid command of measurement and analytics fundamentals, including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, UTM tagging, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling.
  • Proven track record of delivering against performance KPIs at scale
  • Experience designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests, including landing page optimization, with the ability to communicate findings and drive action.
  • Strong analytical thinking, great attention to detail, and a commitment to data integrity.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting performance data and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter who can work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
  • B.S. or B.A. Degree or higher

Preferred

  • Google Ads Search certification (strongly preferred).
  • Microsoft Advertising certification.
  • Google Analytics certification.
  • Knowledge of broader digital media best practices (Display, creative and landing page optimization).
  • Passion for interior design is a plus
