About The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager to join our Commercial Excellence team, based in our Sydney Head Office. This role is to drive Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) across ANZ, to simplify and drive alignment in approach and execution for all SFE related tasks, partnering with the various Business Units in market, focusing on three key SFE pillars:

• Ensuring the right customer coverage plan through segmentation and targeting
• Creating a performance-focused sales team through Sales Incentive Design & deployment
• Enabling efficient & effective sales operations through process optimisation, performance reporting and insight generation

Key Responsibilities

• Influence, lead & drive across all SFE pillars
• Provides coaching for sales leaders on how to generate insight from CRM usage.
• Develop and implement processes and governance to drive salesforce & sales operations excellence in country, ensuring these are discussed &  aligned prior to deployment.
• Support the alignment of reporting
• Provide insights on the Activities that drive performance.
• Ownership of Sales Incentive Plan  - Responsible for proactive follow up and completion of all Sales Incentive Plan activities to include Target setting, Design, Reporting, Insight generation and proactive alignment & feedback process
• Maintain expert level of Knowledge of CRM  & other systems  to drive increased levels of understanding and usage.
• Ensure Territory Planning and Opportunity planning is in place and drive business improvement across all Business Units
• Ensure that the data in the CRM is accurate and allows for business continuity.
• Support broader Commercial Excellence projects and cross-functional initiatives as required

Who We Are Looking For

Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales force effectiveness, sales analytics, commercial operations or related field as well as:

• Prior experience in a manager or senior analyst role highly regarded.
• Training and advanced proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools, particularly Microsoft Excel or Power BI.
• CRM system understanding required (Salesforce/Veeva or similar).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or aesthetics industry is strongly preferred
• Proven track record of leading SFE initiatives and driving sales performance improvements.
