Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Retail Training and Communications Coordinator on the Operational Solutions team, you will support the delivery of NAM Retail Training and Communications across our store network. This is a coordination-heavy role at the centre of two connected disciplines – training and communications – working closely with the managers and program managers on Retail Training and Communications – NAM to keep programs organized, on schedule, and effectively delivered to stores.
This role requires exceptional organization, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple training and communication projects at once in a fast-paced retail environment.
The ideal candidate is passionate about retail training and communications, enjoys the logistics of bringing programs and learning events to life, and thrives on keeping complex, multi-stakeholder projects moving forward.
