With a growing retail presence across India, we are looking for a Retail Marketing Executive to drive marketing initiatives that increase store visibility, footfall, customer engagement, and revenue.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Retail Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in core retail marketing. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing store-level marketing initiatives, local activations, mall marketing, partnerships, and campaigns to drive footfall and sales across Frido Experience Stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute store-level retail marketing campaigns to drive footfall and revenue.
• Develop and execute Local Area Marketing (LAM) activities around stores.
• Plan and coordinate BTL activations, society activations, corporate tie-ups, gym partnerships, and other local partnerships.
• Manage mall marketing activities, including mall promotions, branding opportunities, events, and activations.
• Coordinate with mall management teams for marketing calendars, permissions, branding, and promotional opportunities.
• Identify and execute opportunities for cross-promotions and local brand partnerships.
• Plan promotional campaigns, offers, and customer acquisition initiatives in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Track campaign performance through footfall, leads, conversions, revenue, ROI, and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate with creative, digital, retail operations, and store teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Manage marketing collaterals, in-store branding, POSM, standees, posters, flyers, and other retail communication assets.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify relevant retail marketing opportunities.
• Support new store launches and store-level marketing plans.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Manage vendors and agencies for offline marketing activities, including quotations, execution, and timelines.
• Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed across all retail touchpoints.

Key Skills

• Strong understanding of core retail marketing and offline marketing.
• Experience in BTL, LAM, mall marketing, activations, and partnerships.
• Strong campaign planning and execution skills.
• Vendor and agency management.
• Good understanding of retail customer behaviour and store-level marketing.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.

Who We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in core retail marketing, preferably with a consumer, retail, D2C, lifestyle, furniture, or FMCG brand.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in store marketing and offline activations will be preferred.
• Someone who can independently plan, execute, and measure retail marketing initiatives.
• Strong execution-oriented mindset with the ability to work closely with store and cross-functional teams.
