About the role
We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our new Grey Lynn store, opening in November. This role will own sales performance, team leadership, staff rosters, stock and store presentation, and setting the tone for Meadowlark's intimate customer experience.
What you'll do
- Recruit, train and lead the in-store team
- Drive sales performance and lead by example on the shop floor
- Oversee daily operations, stock and visual merchandising
- Report on sales, stock and team performance to head office
What we're looking for
- Proven retail management experience, ideally in a premium or fashion brand
- A track record of leading teams and hitting sales targets
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Confident with POS and stock management systems
