Are you an experienced Clinical Manager ready to move beyond leading one care home?
This permanent full-time role gives you the opportunity to support Bupa care homes across New Zealand. You will step into different care home environments, provide clear clinical leadership and help teams maintain safe, consistent and person-centred care.
Flights, travel and accommodation are paid for, removing the personal cost of working across different locations. You will work 40 hours per week, primarily Monday to Friday.
You can be based in Christchurch, Wellington, Auckland, or another major city. When assigned to a care home, you will travel to that location and stay nearby for the duration of your placement. You will need to be comfortable entering a new care home, understanding its immediate needs and building trust quickly. You will support clinical performance, coach care teams, manage clinical risk and help each home strengthen its systems and ways of working.
This role could be the right next step if you are currently a Clinical Manager at one site and want to broaden your experience. Instead of managing the same home each day, you will use your knowledge across different teams, communities and clinical settings.
You will not do this alone. You will have access to Bupa’s national clinical, quality and operational support teams. You will also have professional development through Bupa Campus and leadership training.
As a Clinical Manager, you’ll support and lead a purpose driven team to:
