Paramount is home to CBS, Nickelodeon, MTV, and Paramount Pictures. Behind every show, film, and stream is a long list of suppliers who need to be paid accurately and on time. That's where you come in. We're growing our Procure-to-Pay (PTP) team in Budapest and looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Invoice Auditor. You'll be the quality checkpoint for invoices across our international entities. You'll catch what's wrong, work out why, and help us stop it happening again.

Contract: Fixed term, 12 months, with extension possible based on business needs
Start: As soon as possible. We're looking for someone who can start at short notice and commit to the full 12 months.

What you'll do

• Work the invoice error queues in SAP and Oracle, digging into why invoices aren't posting and getting them unstuck
• Chase down aged invoices and open purchase orders (GR/IR exceptions) with the business so suppliers are paid on time
• Run fiscal and tax compliance checks on invoices for our international entities
• Recover vendor credit balances, overpayments, and unapplied credits
• Enter approved invoices manually when automation can't
• Be the go-to for vendor and stakeholder queries, partnering with Procurement, Disbursements, and Finance teams
• Spot patterns in recurring issues and help fix them at the root, improving both efficiency and control

What you'll bring

Essential

• 1-3 years in Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, or a similar finance operations setting
• Hands-on ERP experience
• Strong Excel skills (analysis, reporting, reconciliations)
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• A sharp eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving
• Ability to commute to our Budapest office 2-3 days a week

Nice to have

• Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or SAP experience
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Hungarian or other languages
• Experience in a shared services or GBS environment
