Natura Market | Full-Time | In-Office — Mississauga, ON

Natura Market is one of Canada’s leading online destinations for better-for-you food and wellness products. We’re known for discovering exciting, innovative brands and bringing them to Canadian consumers — often before they’re available anywhere else in the country.

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Marketing Associate to join our team at our Mississauga office. This is a full-time, in-office role at the intersection of e-commerce, product launches, merchandising and marketing.

You’ll help make sure new products launch seamlessly, existing listings stay accurate and compliant, promotions go live correctly, and our website always feels fresh and up to date.

Product Launches

• Create and launch new product listings across the Natura Market website
• Build and update brand pages for new and existing brands
• Ensure product information, imagery, ingredients, nutrition information and other details are accurate
• Upload compliant product labels and ensure required French product information is properly displayed
• Coordinate product setup to ensure new arrivals are ready to launch on time

Product Updates & Regulatory

• Manage ongoing changes to existing product listings
• Update product information, labels, images and other details as needed
• Support product re-enablement following regulatory or listing updates
• Maintain a high level of accuracy across the product catalogue

Product Photography

• Take clean, consistent and high-quality product photography for e-commerce listings
• Edit and prepare images to meet Natura Market’s website standards
• Maintain visual consistency across product listings

Website Merchandising

• Update website merchandising and collection pages weekly
• Refresh featured products, collections and other merchandising placements
• Help ensure the site reflects current launches, trends, seasonal priorities and promotions

Marketing & Promotions

• Upload, QA and launch website promotions
• Support ad hoc marketing initiatives and campaign execution
• Work with the marketing team to ensure promotional messaging and merchandising are accurate and live on time

Customer Pick-Up Support

• Assist with fulfilling customer pick-up orders when needed
• Help ensure orders are accurate, organized and ready for customers

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment with multiple priorities
• Strong working knowledge of Canva
• Strong Google Sheets skills
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms and product catalogues
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology
• Strong written communication skills
• An eye for clean, consistent visual presentation
• Able to take ownership of tasks and follow them through from start to finish
• Experience with product photography, merchandising or e-commerce product management is an asset
• French language skills are an asset

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Mississauga, Ontario. Candidates must be able to commute to our Mississauga office on a regular basis. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
