About the role

Reporting to: Global Head of Creative

Founded in 2012 by world-renowned plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr Yannis Alexandrides, 111SKIN is a global skincare brand that bridges the gap between scientific innovation, luxury and community. Beloved by A-listers, high-profile makeup artists, and skincare connoisseurs, 111SKIN is also highly regarded by some of the most reputable editors and industry bodies.

Whom we are looking for: A hands-on Print & Production Graphic Designer with an exceptional eye for detail, a strong understanding of luxury packaging and a passion for bringing considered design to life. You combine creative judgement with technical production expertise and take pride in the quality of every finished asset.

What you’ll do: You will own day-to-day artworking and production design across new product development (NPD), packaging and print BAU, taking projects from approved design through to accurate, production-ready artwork. Working closely with the Global Head of Creative, Senior Designer and wider teams, you will help specify materials and finishes, manage product packshots and support the practical production needs of the Creative department.

What success looks like: You deliver beautiful, accurate and consistent artwork on time; proactively identify production challenges; and help maintain a premium brand expression across every physical touchpoint. You bring organisation and ownership to projects from brief to final delivery. We evaluate each team member based on our three company values: entrepreneurial mindset, caring collaboration, determination to succeed.

Why you are a great fit: You enjoy the balance of design craft and technical problem-solving. You understand how materials, print processes and packaging structures influence the final result, and are confident liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You are organised, proactive and happy to be hands-on, whether preparing files, reviewing physical samples or supporting a shoot.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, adapt and deliver accurate, print-ready artwork for NPD, packaging, kits, labels, inserts, retail collateral and day-to-day print BAU.
  • Own artwork amends, version control, specifications, cutter guides, proofing and pre-press checks, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and approved product information.
  • Work closely with NPD, Marketing, Trade and external suppliers to coordinate artwork requirements, production timelines and final deliverables.
  • Support packaging development by researching, proposing and specifying appropriate substrates, materials, print techniques and finishes that balance luxury aesthetics, practicality and budget.
  • Manage product packshots from brief to final asset delivery, including sample coordination, shoot preparation, retouching feedback, file naming and asset organisation.
  • Review physical packaging and print samples, flag production issues and support quality control to ensure the finished result reflects the approved creative.
  • Support the in-office practical needs of the Creative team, including project management of BAU briefs and board, organising product samples, preparing items for shoots and coordinating print or packaging mock-ups.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years experience in print, packaging, production, artworking and graphic design, ideally within luxury beauty, skincare, fashion or lifestyle.
  • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional artworking accuracy, packaging/print production knowledge and a refined design sensibility.
  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, including preparing files for professional print production & repro.
  • Strong knowledge of artwork specifications, dielines/cutters, colour management, proofing, materials and print finishes.
  • Experience in creative 3D Mock-ups or renders either through AI applications, photoshop or other tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, time management and confidence juggling multiple deadlines.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and willingness to support the practical day-to-day requirements of an in-house Creative team.
  • Digital design experience is a plus, but not essential.
