Ignite is partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing D2C subscription brands on a new Performance Creative hire. In just a few years they've gone from £0m to £70m+ in revenue, and you've very likely seen their work on your feed, on TV, on the radio or out and about on OOH campaigns.

The scale you'll be working at

🎯 1000+ ads produced every month

🎯 Meta, TikTok and YouTube, with Meta leading the way

🎯 Over £1.5m in monthly media spend

🎯 Performance Creative team of 5 + growing

Who we're looking for

✅ 4+ years in performance creative or direct response advertising

✅ Background in a fast-growth D2C / e-commerce business, in-house or agency side

✅ Hands-on Meta ads experience, which is essential

✅ A track record of producing scroll-stopping, shareable paid social content

✅ Bold, creative thinking, with a knack for bringing unconventional ideas to performance marketing

✅ Driven, sociable, ambitious and fun to work with
