Part-time Sales Associate at our Main Street shop, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with some weekend days as needed. Look after customers in the shop and online, and learn the business from the inside.

Customer service is the heart of the job. That means knowing the clothes well enough to help someone find the right fit, taking time with every customer, and treating an online order with the same care as a conversation on the floor.

Wallace is a fast-paced shop with a small team, so no two days are quite the same. Alongside the shop floor, you'll have the chance to learn different areas of the business — receiving new deliveries, preparing product, and getting orders out to customers in more than 40 countries — where attention to detail is what makes it all work.
