About the role
We're currently searching for part-time sales assistants with strong sales skills and a friendly personality to join our Salcombe store team.
As a sales assistant, you will be responsible for expertly handling sales and customer satisfaction in-store. You will have an understanding of excellent service, and confidently act as a representative of the Beaufort & Blake brand. Weekend shifts will be required.
What You'll Be Doing
- Serving customers and dealing with enquiries
- Processing card payments
- Ensuring all stock on the shop floor is neatly presented at all times
- Replen any missing styles and sizes
- Greet customers when they arrive
- Upsell add on items where possible
- Steaming hanging garments
- Keep the fitting rooms and stock room tidy
- Unpacking and sorting new stock deliveries
- Capturing customer data where possible
- Upholding accurate and up-to-date swing tag pricing
