The purpose of this job

As part of our continued growth, Bupa Medical Visa Services are currently seeking passionate and dedicated doctor to join our Medical Assessment Centre in Sydney CBD. 

Current vacancies

• Fixed-Term Part-time | (early November 2026 to early June 2027) | 2 Days per week on Thursday & Friday
• Permanent Part-time | Starting from 5th January 2027 | 2 Days per week on Tuesday & Wednesday

We're looking for customer-focused doctors with a commitment to creating memorable customer experiences who are keen to move into an assessment-based role with exceptional work/life balance.

Our team are welcoming, friendly, supportive, and together we are making sure our customers have a truly exceptional experience in our clinics. 

You'll work alongside Health Assessors and reception staff, and be supported by an experienced Lead Physician to:

• Conduct visa medical assessments in line with established guidelines
• Provide objective assessment outcomes through an online platform
• Provide an exceptional level of people centred care and ensure our customers have a quality experience in our Bupa clinics.

What you’ll need to make it possible

• Degree qualified with full General Registration with AHPRA
• At least three years postgraduate experience
• Have a strong customer service focus
• Have experience working with customers from a range of backgrounds
