FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide. Our premium brand, performance-defining products and systems are used primarily on bicycles, side-by-side vehicles, on-road vehicles with and without off-road capabilities, off-road vehicles and trucks, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, specialty vehicles and applications, motorcycles, and commercial trucks. Some of our products are specifically designed for and marketed to a variety of leading cycling and powered vehicle original equipment manufacturers ("OEMs"), while others are distributed to consumers through a global dealer and distribution network. Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday; 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage, train and mentor Packaging Team Members 
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment
• Ensure all processes and procedures are followed
• Work and communicate in a cohesive manner with other Departments as needed
• Able to train others to work independently and cohesively as a team member 
• Identify scheduling needs and production requirements; review work schedule changes as needed
• Ability to interview/hire objectively
• Ability to proper document and terminate employment when necessary while working cohesively with Human Resources 
• Objectively complete performance reviews
• Ability to identify, document and review disciplinary action; maintain consistency and objectivity
• Ability to be objective and identify individual’s growth and talents for potential opportunities; 
• identify contributions or opportunities for improvement 
• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

• Excellent multi-tasker and handles pressure well
• Strong leadership capability and experience
• Ability to use weigh scale
• Results driven and dedicated to quality
• Understanding of data driven decision making 
• Intermediate to advanced applications software expertise (Excel)

Position Qualifications:

Education:

• HS graduate or equivalent 

Experience:  

• 3+ years of related leadership experience 
• Oracle/ADP experience is a plus
• EPICORE Prophet 21 experience is a plus 

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Manufacturing Environment
• Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
• Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
