We are looking for an Operational Marketing Intern to join our amazing team at Christian Dior Couture. As a member of the team, you will support activity through a highly analytical internship, gaining hands-on experience in reporting, performance monitoring, event coordination, and cross-functional follow-up. This opportunity is suited to someone detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with data, while contributing to the successful execution of local activations and day-to-day marketing operations.
Job responsibilities

YOUR IMPACT

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Support CRM report building, assist with report creation and distribution, and contribute to launch monitoring and HQ reporting on 360º activations and competition.
  • Events & Activations:Manage the logistics of local events and in-store animations and take ownership of keeping event calendars and operational trackers up to date.
  • Store & Material Management:Handle orders of marketing-related materials for stores, as well as the production of in-store support materials.
  • Management Support & Coordination:Collaborate and support on strategy and budget management and presentations. Coordinate updates and meetings with internal departments to ensure proper implementation and follow-up. Oversee day-to-day relationship with external retail partners, e.g. El Corte Ingles, Canalejas.
  • Stock & Operations: Manage end-to-end gifting operations, alongside tracking and handling market requests, and communicating updates to stores.
Profile

Requirements

WHAT YOU CAN BRING

  • Degree in Business Management or Master’s degree.
  • Spanish and English fluent (minimum C1). French and Portuguese are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, mainly Excel.
  • Possibility to sign an agreement with the university for a minimum of 6 months.

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, including in financial data entry.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Dynamic and quick learner.
