About the Role

We're looking for a Paid Social Account Manager who's ready to take ownership. You'll step into a portfolio of ecommerce client accounts, run campaigns end-to-end across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest, and lead creative strategy that drives real growth. You'll operate with autonomy, backed by your Growth Lead - the perfect role for someone who wants to own their accounts and be measured on real results.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and launching campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest, with strategic intent behind every setup
• Writing conversion-focused ad copy tailored to each client's performance goals
• Managing daily optimisations independently - budgets, campaigns, ad sets - and spotting creative burnout before it hurts performance
• Constantly iterating and optimising for growth
• Strategically moving best-performing assets throughout the account and brief in new creative where needed
• Keeping your skill set razor-sharp - we want masters of their craft
• Collaborating with a talented, fully remote team that moves fast

You’ll Thrive If You Have

• 1+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience (TikTok & Pinterest a bonus)
• Solid working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, with exposure to TikTok and/or Pinterest Ads
• A passion for ecommerce and performance marketing
• A creative mindset grounded in data - someone who can generate ideas that actually convert
• The confidence to speak directly with clients and solve challenges
• An eye for detail, a systems mindset, and strong commercial instincts
• Agency experience (preferred, but not essential)
