Job Description: This role is responsible for overseeing merchandise presentation, supporting daily store operations, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Ideal candidates will have retail clothing supervisory experience, strong visual merchandising skills, and a passion for fashion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee merchandise presentation and ensure store displays are visually appealing and on-brand
• Support daily store operations and assist with team supervision
• Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered
• Contribute to sales goals through strong product knowledge and floor leadership
• Process transactions efficiently at the point-of-sale
• Help maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed

Qualifications

• Previous retail clothing supervisory experience required
• Strong visual merchandising and organizational skills
• High energy and attention to detail
• Customer-focused with a passion for current fashion trends
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
