Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
• Available for full-time, on-site work in Ankara
• Strong interest in gaming, esports, and consumer technology
• Experience in marketing agencies, events, sponsorships, campaigns, or influencer marketing is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Willing to travel for events, tournaments, and brand activations

Role & Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns, partnerships, and brand operations
• Work closely with content creators, influencers, agencies, and esports partners
• Assist with events, sponsorships, product launches, and brand activations
• Coordinate marketing deliverables and cross-team communication
• Follow gaming, esports, technology, and digital trends
• Monitor community feedback and contribute insights and new ideas
