Job Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage official Thailand social media operations, including content planning, localization, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Develop and optimize social media strategies based on local consumer insights, platform trends, and data performance.

KOL & Creator Management

• Develop and manage local KOL and creator partnerships, including sourcing, evaluation, communication, content coordination, and performance review.
• Develop KOL collaboration strategies to increase brand exposure, strengthen consumer engagement, and support business growth.

Cross-functional Project Management

• Act as the bridge between HQ and the Thailand market, translating global strategies into localized marketing plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Design, Media teams, and local partners to execute campaigns and ensure project delivery.

Market Insights & Campaign Execution

• Monitor Thailand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to provide actionable market insights.
• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including brand activities, channel initiatives, and promotional campaigns, and optimize based on performance data.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in Marketing / IMC / Social Media / KOL / Brand roles, preferably with Philippine market experience.
• Strong understanding of Thailand consumers, social media platforms, KOL landscape, and local marketing environment.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent Thai and English communication skills; Mandarin speaking ability is preferred to facilitate communication between HQ and the Thailand team.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data insights to optimize marketing strategies.
