The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for leading the development, execution, and performance management of integrated marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen the luxury beauty brand desirability and drive business growth. The role owns the end-to-end marketing calendar, ensuring the seamless planning and execution of product launches, campaigns, client activations, and key commercial moments across all channels.

Combining strategic thinking with operational excellence, the role oversees marketing forecasting and performance analysis, market and consumer insights, media and public relations, retail marketing, and the design of elevated client journeys that deliver a consistent luxury experience across every touchpoint.

Success in this role is measured by the ability to deliver impactful, insight-driven campaigns that launch flawlessly, generate measurable business results, strengthen client engagement, and create exceptional end-to-end brand experiences.

• Must be keen in retail marketing
• Must have strong background in marketing communications, marketing services, activation (new store launches) events and product launches
• Must have strong beauty retail background, complemented by a high level of professional maturity
• 360° Marketing experience (not just media/PR)
• Familiarity with Beaute Research or other research tools
• Strong numerical proficiency
