Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, execution, and growth across Amazon & Flipkart
• Own top-line and bottom-line for the channel; deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with category managers and partners
• Manage partnerships with all quick commerce platforms; drive visibility, discoverability, and engagement.
• Drive platform visibility, assortment planning, and promotional initiatives
• Identify and unlock new opportunities within the ecommerce ecosystem to accelerate business growth.
• Ensure smooth operations across listings, promotions, campaigns, and platform hygiene.
• Build long-term strategies to strengthen the brand's presence and stay ahead of competition.
• Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams for seamless execution
• Track performance, analyze data, and identify new growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in managing Amazon & Flipkart end-to-end

• Strong understanding of platform dynamics, fill rates, and inventory management
