About the role

Thuma is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support our email and SMS programs. Reporting to the Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, you will bring campaigns and automated journeys to life, ensuring each one is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time

This is a hands-on role for someone who pairs precision with sound marketing judgment. You will work closely with Creative, eCommerce, Digital Merchandising, and Analytics to build communications that deepen our relationship with the customer.

\nYou Will
  • Build, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns, including audiences, suppressions, personalization, links, and UTMs.
  • Own campaign QA, ensuring they render exactly as intended.
  • Support and optimize our automated lifecycle flows.
  • Manage the lifecycle calendar and the Asana workflow, securing inputs and surfacing risks early.
  • Partner with Creative, Copy, Digital Merchandising, and Brand Strategy to keep briefs on schedule.
  • Support testing across creative, copy, offers, audiences, cadence, and personalization.
  • Contribute to list growth through email and SMS capture strategy and testing.
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting, and translate the results into recommendations.
  • Maintain our standards for documentation, templates, linking practices, and QA.
This Might Describe You
  • 2 to 4 years in lifecycle, email, CRM, or eCommerce marketing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization. You manage deadlines and stakeholders without losing the thread.
  • An instinct for efficiency, including using AI to streamline your own workload.
  • A methodical approach to quality assurance and full ownership of the accuracy of your work.
  • Clear communication and the judgment to raise risks before they become problems.
  • Equal parts executor and problem solver. You find a path when one is not obvious.
  • Genuine curiosity about customer behavior and what motivates it.
  • Enthusiasm and an appetite to grow. We will teach the craft.
Nice to have
  • Hands-on campaign building in Klaviyo or a comparable platform.
  • A working understanding of segmentation, personalization, testing, deliverability, and lifecycle performance.
  • Fluency in tools such as Asana, Figma, Shopify, Attentive, or Tableau.
  • An analytical streak and the willingness to investigate a data or technical issue rather than pass it along.
