About the role
Hiring a Junior Creative Strategist for our health brand.
We're a DTC brand in health, one of the big 5 niches. We spend roughly $300k a month on Meta. Loads of room to grow.
$2,000–2,500/mo + a 2.5% ad spend bonus (this is where the proper money is). Remote.
The job: dig through reviews, comments, and competitor ads to find angles → build angle maps → write hooks and scripts → brief the editors → read the data and decide what we test next. We'll train you. We won't hold your hand.
Comp: $2,000–2,500/mo depending on experience. On top of that, you get 2.5% of ad spend on every ad you concept that beats target ROAS and keeps running past a set spend level. That's on top of your base, not instead of it. No cap. Our best ads run for months, and you're paid the whole time they do. Paid monthly. You'll see the numbers your pay is based on.
To apply, send in DM:
- Three ads you made (any brand) + one line each on why they won. Not "strong hook." Tell me the angle and who it was for.
- Any real work you had a hand in: briefs, scripts, an angle doc, edits. Polish matters far less than instinct.
- Your availability (10–20 / 20–30 / 40 hrs), location + time zone, and what pay you're after.
- A guilty pleasure you can't do without, under $20. (Not a joke. I'll buy it for you in week one.)
You don't need to have "scaled 8 figures." I'd much rather train raw talent.
Process: Loom intro → 30-min call (I tell you the brand here) → 1-day timed test → chat with our creative lead → offer. Strong applicant Monday, offer by Friday.
$1,000 if you refer the person we hire.
