About the role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and innovation-minded Intern Intern to join our Global e-Commerce team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of digital business, including e-Commerce, Retail, IT, CRM, Customer Engagement, Performance Analytics, and Digital Innovation.
Working closely with the Senior Global Direct eCommerce Manager and collaborating with cross-functional teams, the intern will support both the execution of day-to-day business activities and the development of broader strategic initiatives. A key focus of the role will be analyzing customer behavior and digital performance to identify growth opportunities, optimize the customer journey, and contribute to improving conversion and retention. The intern will also explore emerging digital and AI trends, helping identify relevant opportunities to enhance the digital experience and drive business impact across markets.
Direct E-Commerce Performance Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators across global direct e-commerce platforms, including traffic, conversion rate by channel, customer journey, and funnel performance, identifying trends, growth opportunities, and areas for optimization.
eCRM Performance Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance across key eCRM touchpoints, including newsletters, automated triggers, and loyalty initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
Performance Tracking & Insights: Leverage and enhance existing analytics and performance-tracking tools, developing ad hoc reports and actionable insights to support business decisions and performance optimization.
Customer Journey & Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with the Senior Manager, lp.com, to test, implement, and monitor new services, functionalities, and customer experience enhancements, leveraging data to continuously improve the online journey and conversion.
UX & Roadmap Optimization: Use customer behavior and performance data to identify opportunities, recommend enhancements, and influence the prioritization of new UX features and optimization of existing functionalities.
Competitive Benchmarking & Best Practices: Conduct competitor benchmarking and monitor relevant market best practices to identify opportunities to elevate the digital customer experience and business performance.
AI & Digital Innovation: Stay at the forefront of emerging digital and AI trends, with a particular focus on LLM evolution, AI-driven customer experiences, and new digital capabilities, identifying relevant opportunities for practical application within the business.
Project Execution: Support the day-to-day implementation, testing, and execution of Digital Innovation initiatives, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.
