About the role

Established in 1914, NOCO designs and manufactures premium battery chargers, jump starters, batteries, and a range of accessories trusted by consumers around the world. With a legacy of innovation and a commitment to safety, performance, and design, NOCO has redefined the standard for power solutions - introducing an entirely new generation of consumer products.

We’re looking for an Integrated Media Lead to own and evolve our upper- and mid-funnel media strategy across a diverse and growing channel mix. This role will be responsible for translating business and marketing objectives into integrated media plans that build awareness, drive consideration, and ultimately contribute to business growth.

You’ll work across channels including CTV (Connected TV), podcasts, retail media, programmatic display, sponsored product ads, OOH, and emerging media opportunities, bringing together audience insights, channel strategy, creative, and measurement to ensure our media investments work together as a cohesive whole.

This is a highly collaborative role for someone who is both strategic and hands-on - comfortable setting the direction while also diving into the details of planning, execution, optimization, and measurement.

What You’ll Do

Own Integrated Media Strategy

  • Develop and execute integrated upper- and mid-funnel media strategies aligned to broader brand and business objectives.
  • Build channel-agnostic media plans that determine where, when, and how we reach priority audiences.
  • Develop thoughtful media mixes across CTV, podcasts, retail media, digital display, OOH, and emerging channels.
  • Ensure campaigns work together across the consumer journey rather than operating as disconnected channel plans.
  • Translate consumer, cultural, competitive, and media insights into actionable strategies.

Lead Media Planning & Execution

  • Own end-to-end media planning, from strategic brief through launch, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Manage media budgets and make recommendations on investment allocation across channels and partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reach, frequency, efficiency, and overall campaign impact.
  • Ensure media plans are thoughtfully integrated with creative, brand, and broader marketing initiatives.

Test, Learn & Innovate

  • Identify emerging channels, formats, partnerships, and cultural opportunities that could meaningfully expand our reach.
  • Develop and manage a test-and-learn roadmap across new media opportunities.
  • Bring new ideas to the table and challenge traditional approaches to media planning.
  • Evaluate tests and translate learnings into recommendations for future investment.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Develop a strong understanding of campaign reach, frequency, engagement, brand impact, and downstream business performance.
  • Use data and insights to optimize media investment and inform future strategy.
  • Establish clear KPIs and measurement plans for campaigns across different stages of the funnel.
  • Turn performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure media strategy informs channel-specific creative and storytelling.
  • Clearly communicate media strategies, recommendations, performance, and learnings to cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
  • Act as a key internal point of view on media trends, consumer behavior, and channel opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in integrated media, media strategy, advertising, brand marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of upper- and mid-funnel media strategy and integrated campaign planning.
  • Experience across a range of media channels, ideally including CTV, podcasts/audio, retail media, digital display, and OOH.
  • Experience managing media campaigns from strategy and planning through execution and measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data and insights into clear recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Curiosity about emerging media, technology, culture, and changing consumer behavior.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and strong executional instincts.
  • Must live in one of the following states: Texas, Washington, Georgia, Florida, Ohio, Indiana, or Arizona.

The Ideal Candidate

You’re a well-rounded media strategist who understands that great media is about more than buying individual channels. You know how to connect audiences, insights, creative, channels, and measurement into a cohesive strategy.

You’re comfortable owning a workstream from start to finish, can confidently navigate relationships, and know when to zoom out to think strategically and when to zoom in to make the details happen.

You’re naturally curious, highly collaborative, and excited by the opportunity to test new approaches. You don't just ask “Where should we spend?” - you ask “Who are we trying to reach, what do we want them to think or do, and what is the best way to reach them?”
