Role purpose:
The HR Operations Executive manages day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, HR records, and policy implementation. The role emphasises coordination, accuracy, compliance, and timely employee support.

Key responsibilities:

1. Employee lifecycle – onboarding, joining formalities, induction, probation/confirmation, transfers, resignations, and maintaining employee records.
2. Attendance & leave – monitor attendance, shifts, late coming and absenteeism; manage leave records and provide payroll inputs.
3. Documentation & compliance – prepare HR letters/documents, maintain employee files, ensure policy/statutory compliance, and support audits.
4. Payroll & benefits – coordinate attendance, incentives, overtime and deductions; handle payroll queries and maintain benefits/reimbursement records.

HR systems – keep HRMS/HR portals updated with accurate employee information

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years HR operations/generalist experience.
• Strong HR process/documentation knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling confidential information.
• Strong organization/time management.
• MS Excel and HRMS proficiency.

Preferred: Large workforce experience, retail/multi-location operations, labour-law knowledge, and coordination across locations.
