About the role
What you will do
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service and product advice.
- Understand customers' needs, recommend suitable products and identify sales opportunities.
- Monitor and care for plants and maintain garden products to a high standard.
- Support stock management, merchandising and general work in other departments.
What we are looking for
- At least one year of experience in retail horticulture.
- A strong record of achieving retail sales targets.
- A friendly, confident manner and high customer service standards.
- Stock management and merchandising skills.
- Flexibility regarding working hours and days.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
