  • Manage B2B-specific features, including account hierarchies, custom price lists, catalogs and store fronts, customer quick quotes, and quote-to-order workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal technology teams and external implementation partners to refine integrations and deployment updates.
  • Ensure seamless checkout experiences and site usability across all touchpoints.

Digital Marketing & Paid Acquisition

  • Paid Ads: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping) to hit target ROAS and CAC metrics in conjunction with internal brand marketing team and external performance marketing agency.
  • Email & SMS Marketing: Collaborate on email strategy in Klaviyo in conjunction with internal brand marketing team and external performance marketing agency.
  • SEO Management: Manage search engine optimization strategy—including on-page content, technical site health, category structure, and schema—to drive organic traffic growth.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Deep dive into site traffic, conversions, and user behavior using GA4 to derive actionable insights.
  • Set up custom reporting dashboards tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales channels, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and channel ROI.
  • Implement structured A/B testing for site pages, promotional banners, and marketing assets to improve conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in ecommerce management, supporting both B2B and B2C operational models.
  • Platform Expertise: Prior experience managing content, catalogs, and customer rules within tier one commerce platforms, Znode being a plus, or similar enterprise multi-tenant B2B/B2C platforms.
  • Email Marketing: Proficient with Klaviyo(or similar), including advanced segmentation, flow logic, and dynamic data integration.
  • Paid Media & Ad Tools: Hands-on experience leading performance marketing agencies and managing campaign budgets across Meta and Google.
  • Analytics & Technical SEO: Strong fluency in GA4 (event tracking, custom funnels, attribution modeling) and SEO toolsets (Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a clear track record of turning metrics into actionable growth plans.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams, agency partners, and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS integrations into e-commerce environments (NetSuite).
  • Understanding B2B buying cycles, account credit terms, and wholesale portal dynamics.
  • Basic knowledge of CMS and platform admin consoles.
