About The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Emma and our  E-commerce  team. As a E-commerce Category Manager for Switzerland, you will own the Sales performance of your market from end to end. You’ll define the strategy, drive growth, and shape the customer experience. You will be a key player in our E-Commerce Europe team, contributing to cross-country and cross-functional initiatives, with regular exposure to senior leadership.

You'll work closely with teams across Emma, ranging from Global Marketing, Business Excellence, Category Management to Operations and our other Ecommerce country teams.

\nWhat You'll Do:
  • Own and steer commercial performance by tracking P&L, leading daily/weekly/monthly reporting, and driving data-based decision-making to ensure target achievement and clear visibility on risks and opportunities.
  • Own and optimize growth levers by managing our commercial toolbox (promo mechanics, coupons, incentives, bundles), continuously improving efficiency, and conducting deep-dive analyses to unlock revenue and margin growth.
  • Define and orchestrate the commercial calendar by planning and aligning all campaigns cross-functionally, leading key rituals (kick-offs, check-ins), ensuring flawless execution across channels, and driving post-mortem analyses with clear learnings.
  • Act as the central coordination point for commercial topics by connecting Categories, Marketing, Webshop, and Operations, ensuring smooth collaboration, and leading key growth projects with full accountability on performance and reporting.
  • Bring market and competitive insights by monitoring trends and competitors, and translating insights into actionable recommendations to continuously refine the commercial strategy.
Who We're Looking For:
  • You have a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, consulting, business analytics, or commercial roles.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actions.
  • You demonstrate a strong commercial mindset (promotions, performance drivers, revenue/margin logic).
  • You are highly structured and organized, able to manage complex planning and multiple stakeholders.
  • You are a strong coordinator and communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • You are execution-focused and ensure high standards in delivery.
  • You are comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
What We Offer:
  • The opportunity to create real impact, take ownership and accountability, and drive meaningful change.
  • Continuous learning and development through hands-on experience, mentoring, formal training, and access to tools such as our Learning Hub and Nilo.
  • A collaborative community of smart, driven people where you learn, contribute, and connect, every day and through team events.
  • A global environment, working daily with diverse perspectives across 4 offices and 70+ nationalities.
  • 25 vacation days per year, with 1 extra day per year worked (until a limit of 30 days per year).
  • A flexible hybrid setup with up to 22 remote days per quarter, and offices in Gutleutviertel - Frankfurt.
