About the role

Dyson is a global technology company built on problem solving, invention and continuous improvement. Within Global eCommerce, the Analytics team acts as a commercial decision partner, turning trusted measurement, clear performance interpretation and prioritised action into sharper eCommerce decisions. This role sits in Global eCommerce Analytics and will lead the Measurement Strategy & Customer Analytics capability, building the foundations for trusted data, reliable attribution and clearer customer journey visibility across Dyson’s digital ecosystem.

Working policy

Our campus culture is built on connection — collaboration in person, shared creativity and hands-on learning. That’s why we don’t offer a regular hybrid arrangement. Working side by side powers our best ideas, fuels belonging and keeps us pushing boundaries together.

About the role

As our eCommerce Analytics (Manager, Measurement Strategy & Customer Analytics), you will own the global measurement vision, governance, business requirements and analytical interpretation needed to improve data trust, attribution clarity and customer journey understanding. Technical implementation will remain a partnership with Digital Tracking, Product and platform teams.

  • Own measurement governance across Adobe Analytics, GA4 and key platforms, including tracking standards, KPI definitions, documentation and data-quality monitoring.
  • Translate business questions into clear measurement requirements and prioritise improvements by business value and commercial impact.
  • Improve source-of-truth clarity by reducing dashboard duplication and increasing confidence in reported digital performance.
  • Clarify attribution, channel contribution, acquisition quality and the role of paid, owned and earned touchpoints in customer conversion and value creation.
  • Identify customer journey friction, conversion barriers and digital experience opportunities across Dyson’s eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Set consistent standards for experimentation measurement, including test design, success metrics and post-test evaluation.
  • Create common definitions, interpretation guides, reusable standards and knowledge-sharing forums so teams can self-serve trusted answers and apply measurement outputs confidently.
  • Partner with Digital Tracking, Product, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Revenue Analytics and Insights, Legal, markets and local analytics teams to embed governed measurement standards and improve decision quality globally.

About you

Required

  • Significant experience in digital analytics, measurement, marketing analytics, customer insights or eCommerce performance, ideally in a complex international organisation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, GA4, attribution methodologies, customer journey analytics and experimentation measurement.
  • Proven ability to improve data quality, tracking governance and measurement consistency across multiple platforms and stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to define, prioritise and communicate measurement requirements while partnering with technical teams on implementation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across Product, Marketing, Commercial, Analytics and Digital Tracking teams.
  • Ability to simplify complex analytical topics into clear recommendations that help senior stakeholders make confident decisions.

Desirable

  • Experience creating governance frameworks, standards, playbooks or training materials that improve organisational capability and consistency.
  • Experience working with global and market teams to improve adoption of measurement standards and insight-led decision-making.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset, with a strong focus on data accuracy, governance and scalable business impact.
