HIRING: Direct Response Creative Strategist, $6–8k/mo base + uncapped performance bonus

Supplement brand, scaling hard on Meta.

I need someone to own the creative side of the brand and work directly with me.

What you bring:
→ You've owned creative strategy for a DTC brand, not just made the odd ad
→ Direct response is second nature: you know your awareness levels, mechanisms and objections, and why people actually buy
→ You write well. Hooks, scripts and long-form copy that reads like a real person, not a brand
→ You know when to squeeze more out of a winner and when to go find the next big idea
→ You can show ads you made that spent serious money, with screenshots to prove it
→ You're in the numbers every day: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and you know what each one means for the next ad
→ AI is part of your workflow, but your thinking and your taste are what make the ad

What you'll do:
→ Get obsessed with our customers. Read every comment, review and Reddit thread until you know exactly what they're thinking
→ Uncover the angles, avatars and pains our competitors haven't touched
→ Script videos across UGC, founder, story, VSL-style and AI animation, and see them through with our creators and editors until they're live
→ Write statics and long-form native ads that people actually stop and read
→ Tell us when the landing page is what's holding an ad back, and we'll build what you need
→ Own your results. You'll have full access to the account, and every week you'll tell us what's working, what's not, and what we test next

The bonus is where the money is:
→ Performance bonus on every ad you own that hits our KPIs
→ Uncapped. Top performers will earn well above their base
→ We'll agree the exact structure with the right person
