Different Drop is an established Sydney-based online wine retailer. We're passionate about great wine, discovering exciting artisan producers, and—most importantly—looking after our customers.

We're looking for a reliable, friendly and switched-on Delivery Driver to join our small operations team.

You'll spend your day out and about Sydney, delivering wine to our customers, using modern delivery technology to help make your runs as smooth as possible. When you're not on the road, you'll also lend a hand in our warehouse picking and packing orders.

It's a great role for someone who enjoys being active, meeting people and having a bit of variety in their working day.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering wine orders safely, efficiently and with a smile
• Loading and unloading cases of wine from the van
• Providing friendly, professional service to our customers
• Using GPS and delivery technology to navigate Sydney
• Picking and packing customer orders when required
• Helping out wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly

What we're looking for

You'll be a great fit if you

• Have a valid unrestricted Australian driver's licence and a clean driving record
• Are a confident driver and comfortable driving a medium-sized van
• Are reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Have a friendly, calm and unflappable attitude
• Can comfortably lift up to 20kg (a case of wine)
• Are happy walking up stairs when making deliveries
• Can follow directions and confidently use GPS technology
• Enjoy dealing with people and providing great customer service

The hours

We're looking for someone who can work 1–3 weekday shifts per week, generally between 9am and 3pm. No weekends.

The hours are relatively flexible, making this a particularly good fit for someone looking for part-time work around other commitments.
