Our Customer Experience + Social Engagement Team is the voice of our company, whether a customer is calling in, submitting a ticket, or asking a question in our online community. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role with the energy of a call center, but without the call center feel. You'll answer questions, solve problems, and make sure every customer feels heard and supported.

You'll also help lead the conversation in our Facebook community of more than 83,000 members. Phones and tickets will be your main focus as you get started, and you'll have the opportunity to take on more in the community over time.

In the past two years alone, 7 people from our 12-person team have been promoted, both within the team and into other parts of the company. You'll be cross-trained across customer service for added flexibility, and you'll build skills that open doors throughout the organization.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer tickets submitted through our website
• Engage with the 83K+ members of our Facebook community, answering questions and building genuine connections
• Check shipping status and provide clear, timely updates
• Answer detailed product questions using your knowledge of nutrition and supplements
• Help customers place orders
• Handle returns, exchanges, and concerns with empathy and accuracy
• Partner with our sales and warehouse teams to resolve customer issues

Who You Are

• Positive, calm, and professional, even when things get busy
• A fast learner with a genuine interest in nutrition, health, or wellness
• A confident communicator, both over the phone and in writing
• Comfortable online and familiar with social media, especially Facebook communities
• Comfortable working with phones and computers
• Organized, proactive, and great at follow-through
