Position
The CRM Specialist is responsible for executing customer retention strategies, managing CRM databases, and driving targeted lifecycle and Clienteling campaigns. This role focuses on analyzing customer data, segmenting audiences, and collaborating with retail and digital teams to enhance client engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, test, and deploy targeted email, SMS, and direct marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and promotional calendars.
  • Maintain the CRM database, ensuring data integrity, hygiene, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR). Create precise audience segments for targeted marketing and Clienteling initiatives.
  • Support retail teams and client advisors with Clienteling tools, Wishlist management, client insights, and appointment-setting campaigns to foster high-value client relationships.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key CRM metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, customer retention, repeat purchase rate, and ROI) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with Digital, Marketing, Retail/Stores, and IT teams to ensure seamless multi-channel customer experiences and unified data capture.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to continuously optimize campaign performance and engagement. Profile
  • 2–4 years of experience in CRM, database marketing, or client development, preferably within retail, luxury, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, Email Service Providers (ESPs), and Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and build reports (proficiency in Excel required; SQL or BI tool knowledge is a plus).
  • High attention to detail and strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written communication skills and an understanding of customer lifecycle marketing principles.
