CREATOR PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATOR

About the Role

Alice Lane Home Collection is looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, and organized Creator Partnerships Coordinator to help grow and strengthen our creator community. This role is for someone who genuinely loves people, social media, content, and beautiful interiors - and is ready to take initiative, experiment with new ideas, and jump in wherever needed.

You'll work directly with our Creator Partnerships Manager to discover creators, build long-term relationships, coordinate gifting and campaigns, support affiliate and social commerce programs, and help creators successfully share Alice Lane with their audiences. Priorities can shift quickly, so this person should be comfortable supporting the department's highest-priority needs while continuing to move known responsibilities forward independently.

We're building a creator program where partners aren't simply sent product - they're given the product knowledge, content insights, examples, education, and support they need to create great content, earn meaningful commission, and build lasting relationships with Alice Lane.

What You'll Do

Creator Partnerships + Community

  • Discover and recruit high-potential creators across TikTok, Instagram, ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Build genuine long-term creator relationships through warmth, competence, and consistent communication; manage outreach, inbound requests, follow-ups, and ongoing support.
  • Help onboard and educate creators on Alice Lane products, our customer, brand story, campaigns, commission opportunities, and content ideas.
  • Help build an engaged creator community and useful creator briefs that share product benefits, talking points, hooks, examples, and what's currently working.

Content Experimentation + Platform Research

  • Create and manage separate work-focused Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts for hands-on research and experimentation - separate from personal social accounts.
  • Regularly film, edit, and publish simple short-form Alice Lane content (Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts) using the showroom and available product. Content may be on-camera or faceless.
  • Test products, hooks, formats, sounds, editing styles, links, and content ideas to learn what earns attention, engagement, clicks, and sales - then apply those learnings to our creator strategy.
  • Be comfortable participating in and helping run Alice Lane TikTok LIVE and other emerging social-commerce initiatives.

Gifting, Campaigns + VIP Experiences

  • Coordinate gifting, product selections, shipping, campaign details, paid and organic opportunities, commitments, and follow-ups.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Showroom, Warehouse, Operations, and Delivery to create an excellent creator experience.
  • Occasionally assist onsite with VIP creator deliveries and installations alongside our delivery and internal teams, and support local creator activations throughout the Wasatch Front.

Events + Relationship Building

  • Help plan and execute showroom creator events, trade shows, creator activations, and other marketing events.
  • Be comfortable approaching new people, starting conversations, representing Alice Lane warmly, and assisting with hands-on event needs.

Team + Priority Support

  • Work closely with the Creator Partnerships Manager on the department's highest-priority projects and initiatives, including one-off needs that may shift based on company and leadership priorities.
  • When a project is waiting on direction, approval, product, or another team, proactively move other known priorities forward rather than waiting for the next assignment.
  • Look for opportunities to solve problems, improve processes, support the team, and make a meaningful difference without needing every next step assigned.

Organization + Performance

  • Keep creator communication, gifting, campaigns, follow-ups, and reporting organized and accurate.
  • Track creator participation and

Jessica Bennett, the Founder and Design Principal, opened Alice Lane in 2008. In its infancy Alice Lane consisted of just 3 employees, 2 of which were Jessica and her husband. Today, Alice Lane employs a large team from designers, project managers, purchasing, warehouse, and claims.
