About the role
Born in Melbourne and worn around the world, MAAP exists to propel cycling forward through a relentless pursuit of performance, design and culture. We create products and experiences that challenge convention, inspire movement and elevate the sport.
As we continue to grow globally, we're looking for a Creative Studio Manager to build the operational foundation that enables exceptional creative work to happen at scale.
This is a newly created role and a critical one. Reporting to the Head of Creative, you'll be the driving force behind the Creative Team's operational excellence; bringing structure, visibility and momentum to a fast-moving environment where ideas become campaigns, launches, content and experiences seen around the world.
The Creative Studio Manager is responsible for the Creative Team's operational excellence, ensuring that exceptional creative work is delivered on time, on budget, and with complete visibility for stakeholders.
Acting as the connective tissue between the Marketing, Product and Creative teams, this role manages project intake, prioritisation, workflow, resourcing, budgets and production. You will be ensuring priorities are clear, resources are aligned and projects move seamlessly from brief to delivery.
You are equal parts project manager, operator, strategist and relationship builder. You understand the realities of creative work and know how to balance structure with flexibility. You're highly organised, commercially minded and calm under pressure, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and bring stakeholders together around shared outcomes.
WHY MAAP?
You'll help shape the systems behind one of the world's most progressive cycling brands. You'll join a team that values design, creativity, ambition, collaboration and craftsmanship. A team that believes great work comes from great people having the space, support and trust to do what they do best.
