About the role

Full Funnel Growth is a remote performance marketing agency. We run integrated growth programs for DTC eCommerce brands, regulated retail, experiential entertainment, and lead generation for B2B businesses.

This role exists because our accounts need more than a media buyer managing a budget. Clients want someone who understands their business, sets the creative and ecomm strategy, briefs it clearly, and makes sure the team behind it ships on time.

You will lead 3-5 client accounts across our portfolio. You are the person the client calls when they want to talk strategy. You are also the person who decides what the creative should say, briefs it into production, and keeps every specialist on the account moving toward the same launch date.

What you'll own

Account leadership

  • Own the day-to-day client relationship for 3-5 accounts: standing calls, escalations, and the agency's point of view in the room.

  • Represent strategy and results directly to marketing directors, founders, and other senior stakeholders.

Creative strategy and briefing

  • Set the creative thesis and testing roadmap for each account: the hooks, angles, and positioning worth testing next.

  • Write hooks and angles yourself when the account needs it, not just commission them.

  • Brief the creative/design team and any creators clearly enough that the first draft back is usable. You direct and evaluate; you don't build the assets.

Ecomm strategy

  • For DTC and ecommerce accounts, set the strategy creative and media serve: offers, funnel, seasonality, and site-experience recommendations, not just the ad account.

Cross-functional project management

  • Act as the internal quarterback for each account. Keep paid media, email/lifecycle, and other specialists on schedule so campaigns and creative go live on time.

  • You don't do the media buying yourself. A specialist owns execution. You own the timeline, the handoffs, and whether the account hits its dates.

Results ownership

  • Know whether each account is hitting its goals, and surface the right numbers to the client without being asked.

How we work, and what we expect on AI

  • You use AI tools daily: for account reporting, competitive research, drafting briefs, and generating first-pass creative concepts. You don't need to code, but you should reach for a tool before a manual process when the manual process stops scaling.

  • Most of our work happens in writing. Remote, asynchronous, heavily documented. Strong written communication is not a soft skill here; it is the job.

What this role is not

  • Not a media buyer role. A specialist manages each ad account day to day.

  • Not a single-account specialist role. You're context-switching across 3-5 accounts in a week, not going deep on one.

  • Not a hands-off account manager. You have a point of view on strategy and creative, and you defend it in front of the client.

Required experience

  • 5+ years in a client-facing agency role (account management, strategy, or a hybrid of both) with real ownership of outcomes, not just relationship management.

  • Experience briefing creative for paid social and/or ecommerce. You can write a brief specific enough to get a usable first draft back.

  • Comfortable reading performance data (Meta Ads Manager, GA4, ecommerce dashboards) well enough to hold an informed strategic conversation, even if a specialist pulls the report.

  • A track record running multiple accounts or workstreams at once without dropping deadlines.

  • Experience directing the work of specialists (media buyers, designers, lifecycle/email marketers) without doing their jobs for them.

  • Senior stakeholder-facing communication: directors, founders, C-suite.

  • Remote work track record with strong written communication.

Nice to have

  • Experience in DTC ecommerce.

  • A hands-on paid social creative background: you've written hooks yourself, not just briefed them.

  • Experience with a booking or ecommerce platform as the system of record, not just platform-reported conversions.

Logistics

  • Location: Fully remote

  • Employment type: Full-time
