Compensation

$5 - 10k Base + performance bonus tied to clear KPIs

What You'll Do:

Identify winning ad concepts and frameworks through deep research

Repurpose proven concepts and frameworks across our brand portfolio

Develop unique angles and messaging that drive net new customer acquisition

Create AI ad concepts for health and supplement brands

Brief ads to editors with clear scene descriptions and editing guidelines

Analyze performance data and feed learnings back into your next round of concepts

Must-Haves

Real creative strategy experience for health, supplement, or wellness brands. be ready to show your work (Loom walkthrough, portfolio, or screenshots)

You understand direct response... hooks, angles, frameworks

Coachable. you want to get better, not just do things your way

Nice to Have

Experience writing long-form primary text and native-style ad copy

Familiarity with storytelling formats and comparison/Top of Funnel statics

AI ad production experience
