The Role

Are you obsessed with creating content, scrolling TikTok and Instagram, spotting trends before everyone else and turning ideas into videos people actually want to watch?

Do you love alternative fashion, music, subcultures, pop culture and all things weird, wonderful and a little bit different?

Beserk is looking for a Content Creator / Junior Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team and become a key part of our social media presence.

This is a hands-on, social-first role for someone who loves being creative, isn't afraid to get in front of the camera and understands what makes content connect with an audience.

You'll be creating content that showcases our products, tells the Beserk story, entertains and aligns with our community and keeps us relevant across our social media platforms and online outlets.

We're looking for someone with personality, creativity and initiative, who can take an idea from we should make a video about this to filming, editing, posting and seeing how it performs.

What You'll Be Doing

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create engaging, entertaining and on-brand content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories and other social platforms.
• Develop short-form video content from concept through to filming, editing and publishing.
• Create product-focused content including styling videos, try-ons, unboxings, reviews, demonstrations and product features.
• Create entertaining, personality-driven content that connects with the Beserk community.
• Appear on camera regularly and become a recognisable personality within Beserk's social channels.
• Photograph and film products, people, events, behind-the-scenes content and everyday Beserk moments.
• Create Stories and other spontaneous/social-first content.
• Repurpose and adapt content across different platforms and formats.
• Help develop recurring content series, formats and social concepts.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content around the warehouse, office, photoshoots, events and product launches.

Trend & Social Media Culture

• Stay constantly across current and emerging social trends.
• Identify trending sounds, formats, memes, creators, topics and content styles that could work for Beserk.
• Quickly turn relevant trends into Beserk content while they're still relevant.
• Understand what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage and share.
• Bring new ideas to the table rather than waiting to be told what to create.
• Keep up with changes to social platforms, algorithms, features and content formats.
• Understand the difference between content that looks good and content that actually performs.

Influencer & Creator Content

• Help develop and maintain relationships with influencers, creators and content partners.
• Identify potential creators who align with the Beserk brand and customer.
• Coordinate influencer gifting and product seeding.
• Communicate with creators regarding products, campaigns, deadlines and content requirements.
• Help organise creator campaigns and collaborations.
• Source, collect and organise UGC.
• Help develop ongoing relationships with key creators and brand advocates.
• Assist with influencer campaigns, launches, events and special projects.

Product & Brand Content

• Work closely with the wider Beserk team to understand upcoming products, campaigns and priorities.
• Turn new products and launches into exciting social content.
• Help bring Beserk's products and alternative lifestyle aesthetic to life through video and photography.
• Develop creative concepts around new brands, collections, promotions and campaigns.
